Circuit Court insolvency lists:
Judge Meghen's lists will proceed by VMR next week
County Registrar lists:
The next County Registrar's (family) motion list is on Monday, 2nd November and is scheduled to proceed.
All County Registrar possession motions are adjourned generally to next year.
Circuit Court family lists:
Judge Boyle's family lists (10th November and 24th November) are scheduled to proceed.
Please note the following points:
Do not attend the Courthouse unless it is necessary e.g. you are due to attend court or have urgent business at the public counter.
Only attend at your allotted time and ensure that your clients and witnesses are aware of these times.
Strictly no consultations in the courthouse and please leave the building immediately after court.
Strict adherence to social distancing, hand washing and wearing a face mask.
